"Low prices, low rent, quite a beautiful downtown. It seems the city is rebuilding, or trying to. Nice dining experience, if you are not living on the Main Street it is going to be super quiet. "

"It's a country setting, quiet and peaceful. Everyone in the neighborhood is friendly and unobtrusive. It's a lovely place to live. I completely recommend it!"

"Most pets are welcome at the parks as long as they are leashed and picked up after. people will contact authorities if you leave your pets in cars or cages (outside.) People will want to show your pets affection and give them treats."

"The good thing about Berkeley Springs is that its a small town and its comfortable meaning everyone knows everyone knows each other so we just look out for other and make sure everyone safe and make sure the town is suitable for tourist so that everyone gets a good impression"

"A well-kept subdivision with friendly and helpful people. Within a few minutes of 1-70. Near the new hospital, but never hear any sounds from there."
