"Dog owners are welcome in Bolivar. The borough has leash laws and you must clean up after your dog is done doing his thing."

"I've lived in this neighborhood for over ten years and even served as Mayor. This is a very quiet and friendly town with 2 parks. During the summer hours they have free movie nights for the kids and on some Sundays there are free concerts from local bands. What a super town!"

"The biggest thing is that it is a country area with many old families where everybody knows everybody. If you're bored, your entertainment is going to family or friends' houses and sitting on their porch to talk. Many people call it boring from outside of the area, but those in the area know it as home, relaxing, and a small piece of Heaven."
