5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy grandson goes to this school. I do not recommend it at all, especially if your child is special needs. It took months to get them to even have a meeting for his IEP and even then he wasn’t getting the help he was supposed to get. The patent-teacher communication that should be being had is non existent. They also do nothing about bullying. My grandson has been pushed to the ground, had his head banged into the ground, kicked, pushed, called names, been told he’s stupid and ugly and that nobody likes him. It’s been ongoing all year with almost no communication on their end and when we brought it to their attention they basically did nothing. It’s still happening. The shoving to the ground and banging his head to the ground was all caught on camera even. He has always loved school and had no problems at all at his old school. Just here. Now he wants to stay home everyday, come home once he’s there, and is acting out. These are all classic signs of being bullied at school and they still do nothing.Other Review2mo ago10 Reviews - James R Geisler Middle School

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageIf you value your teen's mental health DO NOT send your child to this school. I graduated from here in 2023 and I've witnessed first and second hand that the staff here do not know how to work with young people. Both me and my friend have anxiety disorders that prevent us from functioning normally in a school environment and we received little to no accommodations whatsoever. We suffered to the point where we would dread going to school and just stepping into the building would make us feel tremendous amounts of stress. Not to mention the students here are extremely rude and like to harass others. The staff do not listen to the students and do nothing to enact change.Other Review2y ago4 Reviews - Check out schools near Lowell.

"I call my home my fake up north. I’m on a river and a stream. More wildlife out my back door than anything up north. Deer, fox, turkeys etc. It’s a great place. "
