    Create your special rural get-away. The property is accessed directly off of Low Gap Road. Low Gap Road is a gravel, year round road (It starts as pavement in town). A pretty bench sits just below the road and would be easy to develop. A great spot for a cabin. Trees could be cleared at the edge of the bench to create a striking distant view to the north. The 10+/- acres are very wooded, with a great mix of redwood, fir, madrone and oak. It is zoned TPZ, which means reduced property taxes, but doesn't limit the uses of the property allowed by the zoning. Residential development is an allowed use.
