    "Be involved know your children's friends they are nice here but always keep an eye open. Not alot of places for kids to play per say of parks but most property is decent sized lots."

    "I don't live in Hubbard so I am not sure. I only visit a church out in that area and have church friends or that way. I don't like how many bugs and animals are or in that area. it's especially creepy and loud I don't have any animals, therefore I can't say either way. "
