We attended private school in Tyler for kindergarten...switched to Chandler for first grade and have loved every minute of it. The teachers are great, the school is clean and well maintained, it has been a wonderful experience.

"I live on Springwood Circle (10/2013) and am quite satisfied with the area, it's safety, it's pet friendly attitude, it's quaint, country feeling and the silence factor (scale 1 to 10 10 being silent is 7). Neighbors watch the area for neighbors. MOST properties are in great shape and residents/owners take care of them. A definitely GREAT place to live for families or singles. Check it out, you'll be glad you did!"

"Walking distance to Chandler, Elementary School. Kid friendly Neighborhood. A Smith County Sheriff lives next door and the streets are patrolled by Chandlers Finest to keep thoroughfare traffic to a slow pace."
