"Lots of people walk there dogs around the neighborhood daily, only downside is some areas don’t have sidewalks so you are forced to walk yours dogs on the road if your rout includes those blocks"
  • Mboland916
"Trunk or treat for little ones. Feel safe allowing kids to play with neighbors within your neighborhood. Feel safe allowing older kids to ride bikes to local stores, knowing drivers in the area look out for them."
  • Nicole M.
"One can have 3 dogs per home w/o a kennel license. Many homes have dogs. A lot of areas to walk dogs"
  • Kim S.

"neighbors dog died after drinking pond water. there's a dog park. neighbor doesn't pick up his dog poop. "
  • Ibevy
"This area used to have deer, and a whole lot of turkeys. It was like your own piece of the woods. Now they are clearing the land to make way for more apartments. This just sucks. The reason I choose this area was because of the woodsy look. "
  • drobi242
"I lived in this neighborhood for 4 years and find it to be kid friendly and safe. I like how close we are to everything like stores. "
  • Jillian H.
"Beautiful community! Safe neighborhood, friendly neighbors, gorgeous views of the Mountain Bay Trail, large green space area. They take care of all the shoveling, snow removal and lawn work. Great place to live. "
  • coffeemom40
"Currently living here, condos in the middle of nowhere. No stores or shopping within 5 miles. Only a bar across the street for restaurant services. Traffic flies down this road, no shoulders, no sidewalks. Too much constant construction. Not quiet at all."
  • Auhlenbr
"This beautiful, uniquely designed neighborhood is nestled in a scenic, peaceful setting, yet is close to conviences such as restaurants, stores, Howard schools, and the YMCA. Ideal for anyone who loves the outdoors, it is also within easy walking distance to parks, nature trails, and even the Mountain Bay Trail. The people are friendly and their properties are beautifully maintained. This neighborhood really can't be beat!"
