    • Trulia User

    • Trulia User
"Very convenient and not congested, but then, I go south. Tacoma can get very congested on weekends. "
    • Trulia User
"This neighborhood is very pet friendly. Several people leave water bowls by their fence for dogs walking by. "
    • David
"I’ve worked from home for the past year and previously worked within 5 miles of home. With an early shift (5am), morning traffic was very low but there was an expected, but not outlandish, uptick in traffic by 3:30 when I was leaving work. Through the 5 o’clock hour, traffic got steadily worse with the occasional complete gridlock. Normal rush-hour commuting, however, I would estimate approaches double the length of drive time per the same distance relative to travel during off-peak hours. Traffic on main thoroughfares and surface roads has exponentially worsened in recent years as well with rush hour expanding both earlier and later, with little lull in between. "
    • Denise H.
"I grew up in ardenwaldarea it’s a special place to feel safe and secure. Special accommodation for students. I love the jr acre ant and feel protected. Great neighborhood! "
    • Jessica

    • Lotswag

    • Brianna W.
"My neighborhood isn't necessarily anything I would call unique but its pleasant. I like my neighbors but it's still pretty burby for me. "
    • Caroline K.
"Moved here form Florida earlier this year. Grew up in Boston Ma. It has a friendly vibe, welcoming neighbors, great transit, wonderful restaurants and shopping. Everything I could ask for. I feel safe here and enjoy the weather and easy access to downtown Portland. I use TriMet transit regularly and love having access to the MAX lines. "
    • Elopezs323
"I have to drive to get anywhere around here because of the lack of sidewalks or bikeable roads. I almost never go anywhere without my car."
