"There’s a review here about West Portland Park that is wildly inaccurate. Someone must have had a bad night. I’ve lived here for 14 years and never seen any crime. It is a quiet residential neighborhood with parks and trees. A good place to call home. Neighbors are polite and look after each other. "
  • Derek Smit
"The quiet being so close to downtown."
