As the newly appointed Principal of Warren County Middle School last year, I feel truly honored and blessed to work alongside such a dedicated and passionate team of educators and staff. Their unwavering commitment to meeting the diverse needs of our students is both inspiring and commendable.This year, our focus remains centered on academic excellence and fostering a growth mindset—an environment where every student is empowered to reach their fullest potential.We warmly invite our community members, local businesses, and all stakeholders to join us on this shared journey toward success. Horrible admin. Falling test scores. Low staff morale. No consistency from the principal, S.Washington, when dealing with behavior issues. If I could give this school a zero star rating, I would. Parents: don't send your child here. Mediocrity is accepted because that is as well as the principal can do in her own duties. Prospective teachers/staff: run. You will be overworked, underpaid, and disrespected by the parents and the principal. The principal is effective only at running the school further and further into the ground and ignoring her staff's concerns. Stay away from this horrible place.

This school has a new principal and I know there were some concerns since she is young. However, I have had the opportunity to meet the new principal and she is very determined to follow the rules and have the students and staff do so as well. I have visited the school for the open house session and found out that the principal is extremely qualified and comes with a wealth of knowledge and experience to direct the school. She "sold" New Tech very well and also paid respect to the principals of the other high schools. I observed the relationship between the principal and the staff and even the rapport with the students while I was there. I am seriously contemplating sending my child to Warren New Tech. Kudos to the Principal.
