4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageIt’s an OK school but let’s be for real. I have a mental health issue and I’ve had it since I was a young. I took therapy for years. I’m going to talk about the counselors first train your counselors better like come on. I didn’t go to school because I was sad to the mental hospital. Do you know what the counselors did nothing absolutely nothing one of the counselors laughed when I was talking about something from that happened at home, which it wasn’t funny it was upsetting. And when I was discharged from the hospital, I didn’t go back because I was upset and I was tired. My mom called the school thousands of times the counselors said they were going to call back but never called back. Do you not want to deal with a kid that needs help come on and I have a SH problem that was one of the reasons why I got to the hospital the counselors told my parents that makes stuff worse at home. Do you not understand that for some kids it doesn’t but for some kids it does if your kid has mental health problems, take me to a therapist or change them schools because I’m telling you they do not care. They will not only one teacher reached out because they were wondering where I was, or if I was OK that one teacher that cared, my problem is the counselors. My only problem, the teachers I don’t know I don’t care the thing is I still have mental health issues they didn’t help the stuff they said didn’t help. If you need help go to therapist, they will be more helpful then them, the counselors don’t care. And second of all there were fights almost every day you guys don’t take care of it.Parent Review3y ago14 Reviews - Heritage Elementary School

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageOctober 30,2014 My daughter has been going to this schol since kindergarten, now she's a fifth grader. She love's the school. Even though the school grade score dropped from an A to a D it's still a wonderful school if your child is smart and the teachers are wonderful then you have nothing to worry about. Some parents feels like only the school should teach their children how to read and how to do everything else. They don't understand the teaching come from the parents first. Give your children the tools to be better than us, because they are all Unique on their own ways.Parent Review11y ago10 Reviews - Check other nearby schools

"Quiet and peaceful with tons of huge beautiful trees and tropical scenery/landscaping. Plus the chirpy noises crickets make everywhere after dark when it gets dark. The sky is bright with stars and you don’t need a telescope to see them just look up. Plus we’re close by the highway and not too far from the beach and the ocean. "

"It’s gotten better as a whole but not completely the best. It’s Florida though. One street is great, next street is not. Also , you need a car and know how to drive it here "

"6th Avenue closure has been a problem getting to 95. Used to be able to get to downtown west palm in 15 mins but takes longer going down lantana now. Supposed to last until 2026. Otherwise its location on congress and military is ideal for turnpike access on lake worth road or traveling north to south not on a highway. "

"we're close to I-95 and the tri-rail station, about 1.5 miles to get to either. It's a fantastic drive over the bridge, up A1A, and into downtown WPB, too. Takes just as long as the highway in the morning, but so much more relaxing!"

"Many dogs and cats. Most pet owners respectful of yards, picking up after their pets. Most pet owners delightful. Great way to meet your neighbors before your first neighborhood meeting. Not mandatory but good neighbors attend. Our hood, and mostly all of Lake Worth is a place people drop off unwanted pets. So u need to understand a new friend may just show up asking for some love and a little kibble. "
