Terrible. When we placed a request that estranged grandparents not be allowed to visit our children at school, the middle school responded with appropriate diligence. The EVE office responded with, "That's not really necessary is it?" My daughter was questioned extensively about her hair being tangled (it's not straight hair) and we were told the product she uses in her hair made it look "greasy." Beware and trust your instincts; there was a litany of problematic events.
