"All of the clubs and Friday get togethers in this neighborhood are so much fun. People watch each other's kids. All the kids play down at the neighborhood park and private beach. There is no through traffic. It's extremely quiet at night. Location in Green is perfect. Close enough to Akron and Canton. "

"They would like that there’s many other dogs in the neighborhood so they’ll have someone to play with and there’s many parks so they’ll can take their dogs for walks "

"Buses are not reliable unfortunately. Our family relies on a car. Within five minute drive we can access lots of parks. Walking distance to lovely library and health food store."

"This really isn’t a good neighborhood to live in. It didn’t use to be this bad but the crime is horrible there’s no police presence so the stores and gas stations always get robbed and the city of akron does nothing to help this neighborhood. Summit county the county where the neighborhood is doesn’t do anything to help anyone. There are very little programs yet poverty everywhere. You wanna limit crime ease the poverty and add more police presence. That’s why nice neighborhoods are nice they have police and city investments "
