About this House

This is 100 acres of 1/2 wooded. and 1/2 pasture that will need a cut if desired. Vaughn Creek runs through the south side and will flash out of the banks but recedes quickly. Hardwood through out the wooded acres. Deer and Turkey seen upon visit. Very lightly hunted for the last many years with the hunting consisting of maybe 1x every 3-4 years. Neighbors are exceptional, I've met and spoke to the East neighbor and he is wonderful. He does not hunt. Pasture was exceptional when it was being hayed per the neighbor, but it does need a clipping, it looks to be year 2 of growth. The northern 2-3 acres is inside the city limits and will have city amenities like water, sewer, and electrical so cabins and barns can be built. Downtown Terry is cool, and I can feel the rebirth coming, it just has that vibe in its future I feel like. Property is fenced but there is no survey. I was pleasantly surprised upon initial visit, this will make a fun place for the new owners to enjoy.

"This is a nice area of Hinds County. It's located 8 miles from Raymond about 8 miles from Byram and 8 miles from Terry. Nice community lake stocked with bass. Nice Quite area. If you are looking for peace and quite this is it."
