Located in the ETJ of Faith, this 44.8 acres would make a wonderful subdivision. It is owned by the heirs of Eugene and Jean McCombs and prior to Mr. McCombs' death, he had a proposed subdivision, Skip's Crossing, drawn. We will be happy to share those preliminary plans. The property is located just a few feet from Binders Mountain which has city water and sewer and there has been previous discussion with the town of Faith to provide water and sewer to this property. Prospective buyers would need to initiate further talks. According to deeds, Mr. and Mrs. McCombs owned 49.894 acres. We recently sold the house and 5.1 acres leaving approximately 44.8 acres for sale.

And if you have children I wouldn't recommend not a children friendly neighborhood alot of drug activity in the area"
