      "Very high rental rates and inadequate housing to meet demands. Too little parking for the amount of vehicles, street are overloaded. Shopping very limited. Traffic is getting pretty heavy for a basically bedroom type of community. High gas prices. High schools over crowded. What is good? The weather! Everyone is here for the weather! AC not needed and very little heat needed in mild winter. "

There is an abundance of illegal aliens as this is a Sanctuary City. Access to healthcare is easy. Christmas parade and classic car shows are nice."

This is a working class neighborhood. We all have somewhere to be at anytime of the day. We keep an eye out for strangers and speak out if someone looks suspicious. Most neighbors keep their yards respectable...a few or undeterred"
