5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy daughter currently is an 8th grader here and I must say, she loves it. She's not so wild about the dress code and the lack of freedom, but overall she loves all her teachers and most staff. I'm not so pleased about the school fights that go on around here. There's too much bullying also. But aside that it's a good school.Parent Review12y ago1 Reviews - Goose Creek Memorial

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school is horrible just like all the high schools in Baytown. They don’t care about the children’s emotional development, only the Staar Test scores. The teachers, administrators, and staff are self-absorbed and don’t want parent involvement. So much vaping, drugs, and fighting, it’s ridiculous. Changing administration constantly.Parent Review4mo ago3 Reviews - Check out schools near Johnson Rd.

"Nearby park walking trail leads to larger park with dog parks for larger and smaller dogs. Walk is less than 1/4 mile to walking trail from the surrounding neighborhoods "

"There are sidewalks throughout most of the neighborhood. Also JC Holloway park is one street away. The walking trail connects to a larger park with trails and a dog park. The fenced dog park is separated in two sides for larger and smaller breeds to play safely."

"For the most part the area is a decent place to walk your dogs. The only problem I see is that about 50% of the dog owners do not pick up poop from their dogs. there is a great alternative about 3 mi away is a dog park that is well groomed has an area for both large dogs and small dogs. I rather take my dogs there on the weekend so they have plenty of area to play and run."

"There are no sidewalks in my neighborhood but a few people walk their dogs. Most dogs are outside dogs, so you don’t see those dogs walked much. There is also one dog park in Baytown."

"People mostly keep to themselves around my current area. It is a predominantly hispanic community now and a lot of people are selling. We are moving as well as the crime and traffic has skyrocketed the last year. It takes almost 30 mins to simply get across town now when it used to only take about 10. "

"There’s a lot of great parks in the area with plenty to do for kids. This town is big enough to always meet new friends but not too big where everything is over crowded and you can still see a familiar face every now and then. "
