    Beautiful sand ridges, mature oaks & over 2,000ft of Neuse River frontage make this an excellent piece of property. This unique property is adjacent to Weyerhaeuser's Cool Springs (1,600 acre protected area). There is a man made waterfront landing & great roads. Abundant wildlife & excellent turkey, deer, duck & occasional bear hunting. There are "acorn ponds" that hold wood ducks & make for easy excellent hunting. Every time I have hunted these ponds I got my limit quickly. Wildlife public boat ramp is 2.5 miles away. 10 minutes from downtown New Bern by water or road.
