"Schools are dummy down! Drugs, homelessness and property trespassing is a problem! Breaking and entering has increased and car break ins are causing crime to fester. Finally, employment and housing is almost nonexistent."

"This is a great area to live, there is friendly neighbors, and a fairly quite community. if you have kids you can just go around the block to a wonderful park. I love this area and i'm sure you will too..."
