"Dog owners would like that there is plenty of places to walk and play with your dogs. Pretty quiet in most areas even with other dogs present. "

"The fireworks never stop. A lot of people set them off late at night without considering the effect on the animals or on the building"

"A lot of pet owners don’t pick up dog poop, so kids have been known to step in it. I would recommend not letting them go out at night without shoes on. Don’t walk barefoot. "

"Fireworks go off all the time, regardless of what the HOA or landlords say. The fireworks are dangerous because they are set off too close to houses with trees and it causes trauma to many dogs. "

"It takes 15 to 20 minutes to get to most stores. All back roads. They are nice and quiet. Minimal traffic. "

"It’s definitely a safe area for kids, it just gets a little bit loud. A lot of kids will play unattended, which is fine, but it’s stressful when it’s a work night and it’s summer and kids are playing loudly till nearly 9-10pm. "

"Fireworks get set off a lot even though the HOA says not to. So it might upset animals like dogs. They also aren’t safe about it, like the fireworks go up high into the trees. "

"No community events but everyone participates in Halloween, Christmas and Dawalii when it comes to decorations. Many people like to set off fireworks and it’s ok to see but I can tell it upsets a lot of dog owners, the HOA does their best to keep things organized. "
