    This is a LOCKED GATE recreational area. Keys are issued to PROPERTY OWNERS ONLY. An owner can have anyone they want out there. However, you must be with an owner or otherwise you can be prosecuted for trespassing. Suburban Estates is used for camping, hunting, 4 x 4 wheeling, ATVing and target shooting. The terrain consists of sandy soil, Cypress, palmettos, pine and scrub oaks. Some parcels are high and dry on existing roads or jeep trails which would make great campsites and some are sold as “access parcels” which allows access to the property and a key to the gate. While you can live here, no permanent foundations may be built. Keys are issued and registered to lots, you must buy a lot to get a key! A key gets you inside the 10,000 acre area.
