The classrooms are generally good minus 3ish teachers who seem to make it their goal to make sure no one gets their necessary grades. "I don't expect a single one of my students to not take their semester test." I heard this my freshman year and when taking the eoc, it was easier than the entire class. The principal was generally my biggest issue as he refused to work with me on semester testing. I was going to miss 2 days for mandatory health evaluations for an illness which there is no cure. He said that either i show up or get all 0s. He refused to work with me and berrated me into nearly crying over my attendance when i had all As. I hadn't even hit the max yet. I was under the impression i wouldn't be allowed to test so i had no time to study because of the appointments and getting my mother prepared to have a talk with him about my testing. Last minute he allowed me to, so my scores were scewered. Not once afterwards was he kind, accommodating, or willing to work with me. Even in summer school this last time i was at the school, he told me and my friend that we were not allowed to chat or talk at all. We were the only two because everyone was able to go home and we had no rides. He then proceeded go play baseball so loud in his office i couldn't read. He was still rude to us the entire time despite me already being done and my friend genuinely working hard and already having 1 class made up. I was never able to get anything resolved as everyone said nothing would happen and it would only get worse for me. He even caused teachers to leave. I asked them directly if he was part of the cause. He also points out the cameras 24/7 and watches them on a big screen in his office to the point that if we had 3 or more kids leave to the bathroom in the mornings, teachers would be emailed to keep them in class. I would dehydrate myself because i was so uncomfortable. I have more i could go on about but please do not send your child here. Especially if they have an illness and need lots of doctors appointments to monitor it.
