Power serviced by Dominion/NC Power and is on the same line as DOT so power is quickly restored if it goes out because of storms, etc. Additional 2.27 acres mainly behind the 5 acres is available for sale for an additional $4,500 and the adjoining 9 acres (mostly cleared) is available for an additional $39,000.
