      "This is a terrible neighborhood. Expect to have drug paraphernalia tossed into your front yard and your patio furniture stolen. This neighborhood is wonderful during the day, but in the evenings, it is dangerous. It is not uncommon to find a stranger wandering through your backyard or shed. "
