"I've lived in this neighborhood for 9 years. People are friendly, it's a nice, quiet place to live. The crime is low and it is a great place to raise children. "

"population only 4100, so don't be looking for ANYTHING to do in Nowata. You have to drive to Coffeeville, Bartlesville, or Claremore. So if you are moving to Nowata have a Toyota cause the gas will cost you!!!! There is more life in the towns on the "Walking Dead""
