I currently have one child in Canadian elementary and one in junior high. I feel both my kids have received a good start at Canadian. They push the AR program. Both my children are excellent readers. Not pleased with lunch room. Children complain the food is awful, but very pleased with academics.

"We usually let our dogs run loose for exercise in this area. The roads out in the sticks here are not paved properly. They oil them over and seal them yearly."

"This is a beautiful lake get away area. There are acres upon acres of grass meadows, trees as far as the eye can see and foothills. Truth be known, the foothills are in the shape of Pyramids of ancient time. It is a spiritual area and we have LITTLE PEOPLE😉 The lake is peaceful and beautiful. My people are from here. We are The Muskogee Creek Nation. Come visit, be kind and explore the mystery of Eufaula Oklahoma. With Love⚘"

"Our neighborhood has potlucks and everyone brings something and we all just eat and have fun. We also sometimes plan to get together at our community swimming pool and cook burgers while the kids swim."

"I live in the Peaceful Acres on the north side of the lake off of Texanna Road. Great area, no crime, peaceful and serene in the forrest. As far as I know, all homes here are owner occupied, some for weekend and holiday second homes. Boating and fishing are the most common activities. A fifteen to twenty minute drive to either the towns of Eufaula or Checotah where additional recreation and shopping abound. A great area for retirees and families with kids!"
