"It is very quiet and so far I have had no issues. The town has always been very helpful with utility issues and repairs. Having the ballpark here is a plus."

"This area is near Historic Newbern and is just lovely. Claytor Lake is minutes away, and there are a lot of outdoor amenities. The land is perfect for an equestrian center. "
