"Lots of sidewalk miles on South Side with mature trees. The 1 negative thing is every front porch or door is right there close to the street, so you can't let you guard down. Always bright & sunny for that side of town. "

"lived in that neighborhood for over 7yrs, right on the border of Easton and Willson. never had any issues, Never witness any problems, drug activities or gangs groups, the street was always super quiet although there were people always walking down the street. close to public transportation and plenty of local shops. "
