Pitts School Rd Elementery is 2 miles away, Winkler Middle School is 3.5 miles and Robinson High is 1/2 mile away. Volunteer HOA dues of $25.00 per year. Concord Mills Mall is 4 miles away. Convienent to I 85 & I 485. 30 minutes to downtown Charlotte."
