Pastures on the property are robust and fertile having been improved with Coastal Bermuda grass for grazing and hay production. Native grasses are prevalent throughout the northernmost quadrant, woven through sleek, mature hardwoods and live creeks lined with granite, limestone and other native rock outcroppings. The soils primarily consist of both sandy and clay loams. Elevation change is approximately 45-50 feet across the property creating multiple scenic home sites.
