      "A lot of people walk their dogs and it seems pretty safe. Some people let their dogs free roam which we don’t agree with. "

      "Lived in Howe for over 30 years. Great place for families or anyone. Entertainment and restaurants are only 15 minutes away. My children and grandchildren went to Howe schools. You couldn't do better in the whole area. I personally would not want to raise kids in Sherman or Denison. "
