These resources bring an influx of college students, young professionals, highly educated middle aged families with kids, and diverse people from around the world. There are many well paying jobs for every level of education and experience and housing is affordable when compared with cities of this size. There are many opportunities for volunteers and community involvement. "

The landscaping is always kept up and all of us who live by the lake all seem to be “outdoor people”. During the summer., it’s common to see the streets almost crowded with walkers and joggers—even a few bikers. (Along with all the dogs, of course)"
