"I have visited this area 4 times in the last2 years. It is a very friendly beautiful area. It is about 28 miles from the most beautiful beaches in the world. The restaurants are great and not expensive. Most important it is very safe and beautiful abound with lovely wildlife, butterflies and trees. I can't wait to move here."

"Great place for to live if you enjoy a slower pace of life and the outdoors. Great hunting & fishing on Holmes Creek and the Choctawhatchee River. Panama City Beach is conveniently located for shopping, entertainment, gorgeous beaches, movies, award winning restaurants, etc. Kids attend Vernon schools in the Washington County School District."
