"Not a safe neighborhood. My car got vandalized, and you see other cars with broken windows. Walking around in this area near the landing at San Marco is not safe. Be careful when looking for apartments out here. "

"The area is perfect for a couple or family looking to have a low key safe area to live. The neighbors are great, almost all have been here for a long time. Homes are rarely on the market."
