Bullying was horrible for me here, fights have broken out and the teachers say they “tried to get in front of it before anything bad happens” but they literally just stand there and watch this stuff happen, they don’t deal with the problems and try to solve them. Instead they give out no contacts as the instant solution to bullying and other student problems. I have had witnessed this with the staff and the other assistant principals in the school, I would NOT recommend to send you children here.

Look, you really can't trust these ratings. My kids were miserable at a 9/10 school, so I finally switched them to SLI. My son told me that this is literally his dream school. My kids are thriving, happy, well fed, and learning. I do not care about these rating systems anymore. Individual experience is what matters, and the teachers at SLI are top notch. The leadership 100% better than the school we left. The kids have the freedom to be here comfortably, which is much more than I can say for our previous school district.

A great school because of excellent leadership. The principal Mr. Stuckey (stoo-kee) is all about the kids and their learning and experience. He’s not political which is a breath of fresh air. He makes decisions based upon the stiludents best interest. He helps with every aspect of the school. He goes above and beyond. The teachers follow suit. Nearly all of the teachers we have encountered seem to love teaching. I highly recommend this school. Please be a part of the positive culture if you plan to send your little ones. We need more of it.
