    About this House

    Rowan County 2.4 acres of a country feeling but only few miles from town.
    No city taxes.
    Only known deed restrictions are no outhouses (I take it this refers to digging the holes.) and no (foundational) homes less than 400 sq ft.
    Neighborhood is paved streets without the painted lines.
    No well or septic. The county soil evaluation can be seen online and shows the left side with the gravel drive should have no problem passing a perc test. The creek is permanent, not just a wet area. Wildlife traces are everywhere. Deer fox rabbit frogs raccoon and an abundance of birds visit the creek.
    Found something somewhere else I like a lot better, is why I'm selling.

      "I have lived in the neighborhood on South Main for 3 months...the neighborhood is ok except for the repetitive gun violence that takes place in the area and the drug addicts..If you move in the area beware and keep close watch on your property as there are people that break in your home and steal your property overall the neighbors are nice. And if you have children I wouldn't recommend not a children friendly neighborhood alot of drug activity in the area"
