"People let their dogs bark all day long. No dog parks. Not very many dog friendly shops. That’s all. "
  • brennairis7
"The park and the library are right next door to one another making it easy to walk from one to another! Along with other shops to visit downtown."
  • Valhogg2
"People are always walking their dogs. It’s a friendly, quiet neighborhood and very pet friendly. Lots are decent size for keeping bigger outside dogs as well as your inside pets."
  • Rosalyn R. B.
"law enforcement is on top of everything at all hours to make our community safe. they are excellent at their job and always close by."
  • Donald F. M.
"With three Universities w/in Rockbridge County, education is high on the list of why you'd want to move here to raise your kids, we did. Quiet, safe, historic, and beautiful are just a few of the positive attributes of the area. Many people live in the Lexington/Rockbridge County area and commute to DC to work. On the other side of the coin, it's an excellent place to retire and for your grandkids to visit. We moved here 25+ years ago to raise our children in a safe - small town environment with excellent education systems plus the advantages of the activities at the three universities. Not perfect but very very good."
  • Bill C.
"Stunning views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The home itself is new construction, with plenty of upgrades by a family planning to retire in it, but...work had other plans! The closest Elementary School is Mountain View, and the bus picks up for it right at the subdivision entrance! The subdivision also has 31 acres with 8 of it fenced for horses, complete with stables.
