    About this House

It's your time to have a little piece of earth to call your own. Woodstock is only 15-to-20 minutes away. City of Kingston is minutes away. Take the long way home this time, listen to the birds chirp and the wind whistling by. Watch the sun rise and set on the mountains and know this is home. Ulster County is a sleepy little place with interesting specialty stores, farms for picking apples, strawberries, blueberries and fresh-air markets. The rivers and lakes are close by. Nature surrounds you. Step away from your busy day and enjoy what our Earth has to offer. Make this lot your future escape. Buying an overpriced resale home is not worth it right now. This can be anything you want it to be, your vision. Your little piece of heaven. Call me today and let's make it happen. Easy commute to the City. Sold as is; septic designs and survey available from previous Expired BOHA. Special price for all 3 lots: 7.8 acres (20204143 & 20204145). Well not dug, no improvements, just raw land waiting for you to design.
