"My take on Loveland is that it used to be a small kinda rural type town and it’s slowing becoming more and more suburban-fied. It’s nice here! Has a laid back vibe, some new restaurants that are good, lots of nature trails and the river of course!"
  • Trulia User
"Nicely seated between cities, commute isn’t too bad, traffic can get heavy during rush hour once you are more towards the city."
  • Trulia User
"Great neighborhood to raise a family. Cute downtown area. Suburban living at its finest! Close but still far enough away from Cincinnati "
  • Mikesumner19
"They would love it. Plenty of parks, dog parks, and trails. Nice sidewalks in lovely neighborhoods. Some roads are busy with traffic but most side streets are great for walking."
  • Brownarmann
"Very accepting neighborhood. Great people and amazing dogs. Everything just closes around 10 pm. Great trails and entertainment "
  • Camijo22
"A lot of dog owners like to walk the bike trail. It’s nice and lovely to see but not everyone picks up their poo"
  • Kalcincy65
"Must own car. No public transportation. Some areas landlocked and congested during high traffic times. "
  • David H.
"HOA events are organized. Lots of activity at the high school and local parks. Not much else to say. "
  • Mberresford7

"Good schools, good neighborhood, good community, feels like a small country town yet in the city. A church almost on every street. "
  • Julielishea
"It’s very nice and neat. You can tell that it is well taken care of. Everyone is nice and friendly. "
  • Annah U.
"It is very basic. There are some areas that are very nice with big homes, some that are just decent and then there are those few that may need updating. Loveland is filled with restaurants and shopping and over all great neighborhoods!"
  • Ryan W.
"Great Schools and they always have community events going on everywhere. Downtown is beautiful and continue to restore the old buildings that caught fire a few years ago. Beautiful community "
  • Christopher T.
"Plenty of clean dog parks, dog bag stations, walking trails, and friendly people too! kind of pricy."
  • Aimee S.
"I love my neighborhood and most of my neighbors! The parks are nicely kept and local restaurants are clean and reasonably priced."
  • Gina.kiser55
"Beware of some neighborhoods where neighbors aren’t very nice. Your children may be treated badly. Personally I can’t wait to move and look forward to meeting new people"
  • Groh59
"Great access to biking and pickle ball. Top rated public schools in growing area. Friendly and good area for raising kids"
  • Katie M.
"I have lived in Loveland for 15 years. I have been active in the community. When we arrived here from Milford it was a hard working blue collar affordable community. Every year since the separation of upper class and the middle and lower class has become more evident. Can’t wait to get out of this over priced town. Loveland doesn’t care for the middle and lower class. Only if you have a lot of money do you matter here now. "
  • Navillusrealestate

  • Christina C.
"my family lives here. i really like the town and the bike trail. thenew brewery is nice also. we have thought about moving back here ."
