"Frostburg is going through a revitalization with new businesses, restaurants, and restoration of history. Frostburg is home to some outstanding schools and has an excellent sense of community."
  • Chester D.
"inconsiderate neighbors that will rev their vehicles engine at all times during the day and night. Trash will drift from yard to yard with no one picking it up. Many college students live around."
  • Chester D.
"There are other dog owners who do not respect their neighbors. They will leave piles of poop and never come back to pick it up. Extremely frustrating."
  • Jtearley0
"I love the holiday parades. Every event in Frostburg is extremely family oriented, even the block party which is held for the college students. The Halloween parade is my all time favorite though!"
  • Jtearley0
"I see people daily walking their dogs, lots of nice neighborhoods for people and dog walking! Also some small trails in the area that are really nice for walking. Most yards also have fences"
  • Laurakp03
"I have lived here for 12 years. The university town offer cultural events, night life yet it is a very safe community."
