      "The neighbors watch the neighborhood well. There are neighborhood meetings. Neighbors watch out for each other. There’s one way in and out of the neighborhood. Buses pick up the children in the neighborhood at a designated bus stop."

      "I’m doing everything I can to get out of this area. I’ve had packages stolen . Our mail carrier doesn’t even deliver half the stuff I order. There is always gunshots going off and I refuse to raise my kids anywhere near here . "
