"It’s got all the natural beauty of the Delaware River, and a very cute walkable Main Street with all the necessities. The neighbors are all very kind and the community looks out for one another. It’s also pretty diverse for upstate. "

"you need a vehicle if you don't live in town. it's a rural small town, with limited choices for shopping. To go to a mall, is an hour each way( it doesn't matter if you are going to a mall in New York, or PA) "

"The schools are not as good as they could be. just because this is in the country, you still need to be aware of who and what is around your children, New York City is only 90 minutes away. "
