6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageSame thing is going on with me right now : an incident involving my 6-year-old daughter at Centennial Elementary School on April 29, 2026.During P.E., my daughter was physically pushed from behind by another student while the children were on the track. According to my daughter, the students were playing tag when she tagged the other child and began running again. She states the student then shoved her forcefully from behind without warning, causing her to fall face-first onto the ground. As a result of this incident, my daughter suffered visible injuries including: • A missing tooth • Scrapes and abrasions to both knees and elbows • Injury and irritation beneath her nose • Emotional distress and fear surrounding school attendanceWhat is deeply concerning to our family is not only the incident itself, but the apparent lack of supervision and the administration’s handling of the situation afterward. We were informed that the incident occurred in an area of the track that was “out of sight” of supervising staff. We are struggling to understand why kindergarten students were allowed to be outside direct supervision during school activities. We were also informed that other children had to assist our daughter and bring her to adults after the incident occurred.Since the incident: • We have received little communication regarding the investigation process • We have not received a clear explanation of what actions, if any, were taken to address the incident • Our daughter continues to share space with the student involved • We feel our concerns have not been treated with the seriousness they deserveAdditionally, we are concerned about a potential conflict of interest after learning that the other student’s parent is employed by the school. Regardless of employment status, all students deserve equal protection, accountability, and a safe learning environment.Parent Review4w ago1 Reviews - Check out schools near Foliage Trl.

"Dogs are very welcome in this neighborhood. We have 2 dogs and take them for walks all the time. People pick up after their dogs. There are pet waste baskets at the neighborhood parks and the retention pond is great to all the dogs around. Theirs also a dog park is the area that is very clean and our dogs love to play there."

"There’s a lot of drivers around the area that go a faster speed, so I suggest watching with caution if your children are playing outside."

"Swell planned community for certain. But the best by far is the diversity of people. It feels a bit like a cultural melting pot. We also have Summerwood watch through our ring door bells so we quickly pass along suspicious people roaming in the hood"

"This is a great gated community. my family and I have never felt more safe not to mention being well above the flood line. we didn't even lose electricity which I did feel guilty about sometimes when watching what was happening on the news. Couldn't be happier. "
