Phone cable and Navasota Valley Electric Co-op line is at the front along FM 1373 and neighboring water wells show good quality domestic water in the Hooper Aquifer at depths of 50 to 300 ft. with a flow range of 4 to 9 gallons per minute. It may be possible to get metered water from the Tri-County water line along FM 1373 as well. Bremond ISD Seller will convey all the mineral surface rights (rights of ingress and egress) owned.
