Description

Very private, secluded acreage located approximately 1.3 miles off lower Flynn Creek Road southeast of Custer. From Custer take Sidney Park Road south until the end of the blacktop/pavement. Turn left on Flynn Creek Road (County road #336).Travel approximately 6.2 miles and turn right on USFS road #336-1B. Continue on the road until you reach an old barn and cabin (private property). Stay to the left through that property, making sure to reclose the gates along the road. This road is a USFS easement road traversing through the private property. Continue until you reach a green USFS gate. That is the beginning or north end of this 66.86 acres. Acreage is almost completely surrounded by USFS lands. There are no improvements but is the site of an old homestead. Beautiful tree lined valley and meadows featuring some old growth pine trees, gray granite rock outcroppings and a spring fed creek.
