"Several people in the neighborhood walk their dogs daily.... we look out for our neighbors... We live in a nice quiet neighborhood close to Ocean City, Md and Chincoteague Island.. great fishing in Chesapeake Bay or Chincoteague Bay. This is a duck hunter’s paradise.. not counting deer and turkeys..you can live here in New Church a sleepy little community that’s close to everything and yet in a rural area..."
