"I’ve lived in this neighborhood for 3 years and while it used to be great, there are a lot of families moving into the Osgood townhomes now that are making the area feel unsafe and a lot more noisy than it was when we moved here in 2023."

"It is a great neighborhood. It is next to a golf and a lake. I lived in this area for 17 years. I have great neighbors and very helpful. I need to look at a smaller house. However, I would like to stay in a close by area so my son continues to go to the same school. "

"It has less apts than a lot of the neighborhoods. I feel safe walking my dogs at night but wouldn’t if I lived a few “blocks” over. "

"Rather easy from one side of town to the other. Traffic isn't as busy as downtown and the lights aren't as many either. I"

"We've lived here for 12 years and still love it. The kids still have a blast trick or treating, and the older kids all get together to play in each others' yards or in the cul-de-sac."

"Private and well maintained there is a little stream or cannel that runs through the neighborhood. People are able to kayak or use a paddle boat on the water. There are paved paths that are open to the pubic People use the paths to walk beside the water, There are a couple of bridges that neighbors walk over and a small park for children to play on the equipment and the walk path continues around the park. "I see very few rental properties with pet waste stations on site, but at least there are plenty of pet stores and dog parks in the area. This neighborhood is filthy though. Too much broken glass and discarded metal for me to feel safe walking my dog."
