"There is a leash law in my neighborhood. Dogs are not allowed to be loose. It’s a quiet place to walk a dog but dog owners should pick up after their dogs. "

"Many people dont abide by leash laws and leash laws are very loosely enforced. lots of loose, stray dogs. lots of picking up the trash they dig through and chasing them out of your yard. "

"The town is small. Everyone knows pretty much everyone. People care about their neighbors and have that southern hospitality. There is a large Church presence here and most people are welcoming to others. "

"drive in theater, community arts center, town square events, town yard sale, farmers market...its a veritable cornucopia of local community events."

"If you don't mind driving, 30 minites or more to go and get any supplies that you may need to have like food, clothes ext..... Town is small if you blink you will miss it. So if you are looking to retire here then it might be a good place to live. It has a great view though if you have the wright home."
