"I visited a few times and always appears well maintained. The neighbors are friendly and I haven't had any problems with package delivery, but the bus service could be better."

"Terrible area ,full of thugs that robbed me at gunpoint !Not safe !! I have been robbed and mugged and there are always gunshots in the area."

"I have live in this area almost my entire life. I feel safe and secure here. I have never had any brake in or any other trouble. The neighbors are kind, friendly, and they also keep a watch out for one another properties. They seems to have a genuine concern about their fellow neigbors. "
