I went to school here for 2 years before Covid 6th and 7th and it was awful, I was bullied by multiple people and I reported to the principals office and they did nothing, they don’t care, the two gym teachers that was female and male were so rude they make you run in a big circle for 1 minute or so and if ONE person stopped they would make EVERYONE start over, school fights/drama happening almost everyday, kids smoking in bathrooms, Kids leaking each others pictures and the school does nothing about it, one thing that made me upset the most was the female principal at the time saw my friends scars in lunch line and she told her “stop doing that” in a rude and judgmental manner, you don’t point out people’s scars like that, it’s rude. Overall everyone here is rude, don’t put your kid in here for their own mental health, find a different school (not park middle)

I had good experience in school here. If you are in good classes, the teachers definitely care a lot about you

Beckley elementary provides a subpar education. Teachers send home a great deal of homework that is nothing but busy work. Instructional time in the classroom appears to be minimal. After speaking with the administration about their ranking, they seem to be comfortable with their rating of 5. I was astonished. Our child has been a student at Beckley elementary for four years. We have had to supplement his education at home in order to stay on pace with other kids from the better schools. A positive note about the school--the teachers are nice.
